Black Moon’s team - David Rogers, Sean Williams and Craig Hall aware very proud to take part in the QFA annual fishing competition recently in Trevaunance Cove, Saint. Agnes.
Alongside another 8 local boats we took to the seas on our smaller boat -The Red Herring. Despite a tough day on the water, the competition was great fun again this year.
We came away with the ‘Most species caught by an angler’ award which we like to think is down to our combined experience and knowledge of the local water. We caught 12 different species: Dogfish, Bull Huss, Pouting, Pollock, Conger eel, Poor cod, Ballan Wrasse, Cuckoo Wrasse, Mackerel, Grey Gurnard and Red Gurnard.
